24x7x365 Technical Support


Exa’s support staff are contactable by telephone or email around the clock.

Server Monitoring and Maintenance


Exa’s servers are monitored constantly by our IT Engineers. Any bugs, errors or problems are identified quickly and fixed with priority. Database upgrades are performed at minimum four times per annum.

Account Management


A dedicated Account Manager and point of contact is available to assist with any enquiries or issues and to interface between you and our developers or technical staff. Up to 50% of your investment in ExaCare is returned in Account Management hours, which would normally be charged at a rate of $95 ex.GST per hour.

Site Content Updates


An update of your website content, such as images, text, products, specials, etc, is performed quarterly. Up to 50% of your investment in ExaCare is returned in content updates, which would normally be charged at a rate of $95 ex.GST per hour.

WebMagnet™ Enhanced Hosting


Exa guarantees 99.9% uptime to ensure that your site continues to maintain its high search engine rankings and high return on investment. Very few hosting companies can provide this level of insurance. ExaCare also includes email hosting and comprehensive site statistics and reporting.

Hacker Insurance


Constant site monitoring means instant hacker detection, making it possible to eliminate and repair faults with absolute efficiency and priority.

Domain Management


ExaCare support package includes the renewal of up to two domain names as required and on client notification.

Daily Off-site Backups


Historical data backups are performed hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, etc, and stored in a secure off-site facility. One free restore per annum is included in your ExaCare package, which would normally be charged at a rate of $195 ex.GST per restore.

Site Monitoring


Websites hosted on Exa’s servers are constantly monitored and any issues are reported and corrected immediately on detection.

Provided as part of the ExaCare support package, these services cannot be unbundled and are subject to Exa’s Terms and Conditions.
