Firstly, I’d like to thank you both and especially Jason for all his hard work and communication with me to get our new website up and running. From the first week of it’s launch we have seen a huge increase in both our email and phone enquiry which eventually leads to more people coming to our centres and seeing our lovely displays first hand.
We have also been contacted by Channel 9 a few days ago as they are wanting to do a story on Granny Flats. The story will go to air nationality, so the exposure will be fantastic. When we asked how they initially heard about us they said they found us by doing a search on the Web and better still they were really impressed with our website!!! Well done guys!!!
Also with the new website it is assisting us with our marketing as we are able to see what categories people are searching on and on all email enquiries they have to tell us how they initially heard about us. We are also able to inform people when a new display is going to open and update our plans to keep up with market trends.
Our new website is certainly a great tool for us to reach a huge audience of people who can see what we have on display in the comfort of their home and know what they can see at each centre before coming to see us.
Best of all is that I know I can go on with my Sales role at Victorian Garden Cottages and do what I do best and leave our Website in the expert hands of EXA and know that with their great team and the Web Magnet we are always assured of being on Page1 and hopefully No. 1 on Google when people are searching for us.
