We’ve been with Exa for 5-6 years now and beforehand were only using print media like the Yellow Pages and
newspapers. We had a basic website but chose Exa as we wanted a professional online system and wanted
an experienced team to take us there. After doing our homework we found that Exa fit the bill and made the
decision to go with them, and we’re glad that we did.
The staff at Exa are great to deal with; they’ve created the site that we wanted and our products look good online.
We made the decision to get a quality website up and running, one that also had high rankings on Google. When
Exa’s WebMagnet kicked in we received a large number of enquiries which has helped us with our bottom line and
sales. The WebMagnet results are going strong, as we used to only have 500 enquiries a month and now it’s up to 2,500.
Three years ago we only had 30% of online enquiries coming through, but thanks to the website we now have up to
70% of enquiries online. The website has saved us cost-wise as we no longer have to print out brochures or deliver
mail outs; we refer people to our website instead.
I can now throw out the Yellow Pages and concentrate online as that’s where the enquiries are coming in from.
