Dear Exa,
I would like to thank your organization for a great effort in re-developing our websites, www.seiko.com.au, www.pulsarwatches.com.au and www.lorus.com.au.
When we decided it was time to re-develop the website we called a few Website firms to come in an discuss our needs.
After seeing a few of these companies we decided that we still had no idea of what they were talking about. While all the computer jargon might sound impressive to someone who knows what they are talking about, it was totally lost on us.
The we met Brandon from EXA. Brandon spoke in plain easy to understand terminology, explaining all the possibilities so we could understand.
Needless to say we appointed EXA as our new Website Company.
We set up our first meeting with Brandon, and we went over our objectives for the re-development of our website. Being inexperienced and unaware of the possibilities it was a real breath of fresh air to have these explained to us.
EXA developed a revised version of our product finder. Something which was a real headache on our previous website.
The hundreds of products we sold needed to be entered in manually and and uploaded individually to the website. This was not only time consuming but extremely confusing.
Brandon suggested developing and interface between the website and our Inventory System. To us, this sounded like a fantastic idea, and we never had even thought that this could be possible.
After a few discussions with our IT Team, Brandon developed a new system that will update it automatically.
When we have a new release of products, it is so simple to update our website. By running a report it extracts information from our inventory system and then this can be sent to EXA to update the website.
Something that took hours now only takes minutes.
The whole design and operation of the website was discussed in detail with us. Brandon showed us different possibilities, and made some suggestions on what path to take.
One other strong point of the EXA website development was the ability to go into the back end and make changes. This again had saved us time and money, not having to get someone else to do it. We just log in and make the changes we need.
At the moment we are working on a Stockist system, where consumers can go into our website and enter their postcode or suburb and it will list stockists in their preferred area.
We continue to work closely with EXA, reviewing, re-developing and updating our website to continue the success we have already received.
Thank you once again to Brandon and the design team for a fantastic transition to our new website, and without hesitation I would recommend EXA to any organization who needs a reliable, professional and focused Website company.
