The new look on the website is really impressive… We think that it is fresher and clearer, it gives an excellent and clear image to the web customers, which we think makes us stand out from many other very ordinary sites around in this business.
Well done Katreen! The enquiries from our website have improved over the last 6-8 weeks or so. We are also experiencing a lot more direct telephone enquiries on the 1800 number Australia wide, I can track these as we are not using this number in any other advertising now. The feedback from our online and phone enquiries to the new price filter has been positive, and I think that placing the credit card icons and the 1800 number on the top of the page has all helped to achieve a successful result.
