Hi hope things are going well at Exa. Just thought Id make the effort to write you a quick message of thanks to you, Rob and the rest of the team for all your support this year in helping us evolve our website. Im the first to admit I was very skeptical about the value of the internet to my business, though it does seem a long time ago. Our initial attempt at a web presence was a nightmare from the get go and it was a big step for us to trust someone else to getting us on the right track. The exa web magnet has done that and a whole lot more. Survival in todays hyper-competitive business world is very difficult and if you dont have an edge its very easy to get lost in the pack. Whilst we have always produced a top quality product we feel that the EXA Web Magnet is giving us the edge over our competition. The brand awareness it has delivered for us is gold. Once upon a time our website was very much in the background, in fact it rarely attracted any interest at all. Since EXA restructured, revamped and optimised new Mitchells Cap Co. site this situation has turned around dramatically. The site is now an integral part of our sales strategy and we are receiving genuine enquiries daily.
Having entered the second year of working with the EXA team and reaping the rewards of the Web Magnet, I suppose this message of thanks is a little overdue. Truth is, with the growth we are now experiencing, its been hard to find the time! Anyway I would like to wish you all a very happy and safe festive season and I look forward to continually improving our web marketing as we move forward.
