I just wanted to thank you for the result that you and the Exa team has delivered to MB Plastic.
I’ve been in the business for over 20 years and I have to admit that early on I was a bit of a skeptic about how much use the web could be for an industrial company like mine. I used to think that the only way to get good business was through word of mouth and Yellow pages.
On an average week the website sends me 12 to 15 good sales leads which we can convert into business. I always ask them how they found us and they say they found us on the web. They also tell me that the website is one of the best they’ve seen. We never got anything sort of return like that from the thousands we spent on Yellow pages. Now that we’ve got the leads coming in from people finding us on the web I have safely cut my Yellow pages costs down to 10% of what I used to fork out.
Now the first thing I do every day is jump on my computer and see the sales leads from the website.
Getting Exa to build the website was the best thing I could have done for my business.
