Dear Allen,
Firstly I would like to apologise, this letter should have been sent months ago, but due to the busy nature of the lingerie business I have not been able to sit down and write my comments for you sooner, hence this letter.
I would like to congratulate all the team that have put many hours into making our website look as good as it does today. Katreen has been a huge help with design and layout and she is to be commended on an excellent job. I am aware that we demand excellence in our presentation and Katreen has been able to provide this service to us.
I have over the last few months been dealing with Nano who has designed our templates for the back end of the website which have been quite detailed, as you are aware we have large amount of styles, colours, sizes etc. As I am now managing the updates each week on the website he has made my job easier as I have quick access to change, delete and add in our new styles.
Overall, our first order was received on the first day we went live and we receive orders each day for our products and I am sure that the demand to buy from the site will increase with our advertising and time.
I would also like to thank all the un-named people behind the scenes, as they often do not get a mention, so please also relay the content of this letter to them.
Allan, I am sure that our website will grow overtime and I look forward to working closely with all your team.
