Our family business has been going for 68 years now and as marine and general engineers a lot of our work is for the offshore, gas, mining, transport and environmental departments in Western Australia.
Previously we’ve generated a lot of work but since working with Exa and revamping our website we’ve noticed the amount of incoming of traffic has been exceptional. With our old website we used to receive half a dozen enquires a month but now, we’ve got 7 enquiries sitting on the table that we haven’t even looked at. I’ve had to employ someone else to start doing the quotations we’ve received as a result of the site.
People see our site and think this is a little bit different, it’s professional and outlines every aspect of the work we do. With the wash down unit side of our business, money was originally going into the mines for safety and maintenance but since being on the site Queensland councils have sent us multiple orders. We’ve certainly picked up a lot more work through Exa.
We didn’t expect anything to come through as much as it has; it’s been fantastic. The website has really been exceptional and well done to the Exa team.
