While other Marketing methods are important, our top priority was to grow our online presence in order to stay ahead of our competitors and generate greater leads. Andrew Needham and his team deliver timely, professional service which has been showing results through increased amounts of leads and better organic searches on Search Engines.
EXA’s strong online marketing has drastically improved our ranking on Google’s organic searches for a range of keywords. It is obvious that the SEO team are constantly monitoring and delivering, just like they promise.

However, if I had to give a `Hats Off` to one of the many aspects of EXA, it would have to be their customer service. As it is my responsibility at Aussie Crates to ensure our website is delivering optimum results, I have to be really picky on the finer details of the layout or functioning.
Andrew and his team have been patient, friendly and helpful each time, I needed something to be edited or fixed and they best thing is, they don’t say “No sorry, we can’t / don’t do that as it’s not part of our contract with you”, which I find a lot of companies in general do. Exa always go out of their way to make sure their clients are happy and are getting what they want, when they want.
If there happens to be a problem, they always offer solutions. I would recommend EXA to anyone who wants to have a successful online presence. They are dynamic, helpful and professional, even when they are located at the other side of Australia.
