NEO.org is a non-profit organization that aims to promote the philosophy that all people are interconnected and depend on each other for the ongoing survival of humanity. By developing a community of fellow earth citizens and encouraging a ‘Personal Declaration of Global Citizenship & Integrity’ from every member, NEO.org offers people the opportunity to effect change. ‘Declarations for Action’ that gather millions of votes via the site will be supported by funding and influence political processes. The objective of NEO.org is to be at the heart of solutions to human challenges all around the world.
NEO.org is a social networking platform which allows people to sign the ‘Declaration of Global Citizenship’ and also make and update their ‘Personal Declaration of Integrity’. Members’ profiles can be viewed and accessed by others belonging to the NEO.org online community, allowing them to build support networks and create teams with other like-minded individuals. In addition members can make posts, ask questions and seek answers, participate in discussion, share and blog their experiences.
NEO.org has language translation facilities, making it available in 16 languages including English, Chinese, Dutch, Finnish, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish, with more languages to be added in the short term. Its multi-lingual capabilities facilitate its capacity to cross geographical and cultural boundaries.
