Web Solutions Sales Consultant

With nearly 200 staff, Exa is Australia’s largest and most successful Online Marketing and Web Solutions Company. Clients include United Nations, NAB and over 1000 smaller organizations. Due to an influx of inbound enquiries, sales leads and new business, Exa is recruiting two experienced and professional sales consultants.

• Based in Head Office, Camberwell
• Estimated $140k OTE
• Training provided
• The successful applicants will be enthusiastic, goal-oriented and results-driven sales professionals who are hungry for success. They will have exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, and be a motivated self-starter.
  
  This role requires the ability to work with a broad group of stakeholders, including prospects and clients from a diverse range of industries, and a number of key internal departments. Partnering with account / project managers, you will work well in team situations to build relationships with both new and existing clients.
  
  Self generated leads from cold calling and networking will be supplemented by appointments set by telemarketers and inbound enquiries. Though you must prove your ability to cold call in person and over the phone.
  
  All applicants must:
• Possess a strong understanding of both traditional and online marketing.
• Be a proven lead generator and closer.
• Be able to manage a variety of projects and multi-task.
• Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate high standards and attention to detail.
• Be a people person with top quality customer service skills.
• Own a vehicle and current driver’s license.
• Have very high integrity, passion and drive.

Industry experience is essential. Tertiary level qualification in Multi-Media, Web Design / Development, IT, Marketing or Business will be looked upon favourably. Candidates with Web Solutions Sales will be given priority for first round interviews.
